  1. Credit Karma posted a Civil Judgment on my credit file on or about April 23, 2013 in conjunction with the wrongful actions taken by Transunion Credit Bureau regarding an illegally attained civil judgment which was placed by them to my credit file. On April 23, 2013 I was alerted by my bank that Transunion had placed this negative and very damaging information onto my credit file. I immediately contacted Transunion and advised them this was a huge error on their part and that I would take action regarding this wrongful posting to my credit file. On that same day I had the Circuit Court issue and execute a Nunc Pro Tunc Court Order to VACATE this wrongful action by Transunion. What is most egregious about Transunion is that this negative posting was done not only illegally but they had wrongfully backdated an illegally attained civil judgment from their posting on April 2013 to November 2012. Via certified mail to Transunion I have provided said Curt Order, if you require verification I request you contact Transunion immediately and ask for a copy of the Court Order Vacating this illegally posted civil judgment done against me and posted to my credit file, after all Credit Karma elicits via your website as being and affiliate or doing business with and for Transunion. Furthermore you must delete this wrongful and illegally attained civil judgment against me and placed by you in my credit file, I demand this be done immediately and a response to this email regarding the correction and deletion of any negative civil judgment against my person be sent to me asap by whom ever is responsible for this at Credit Karma. The continuing posting by Credit Karma of this illegal civil judgment to my credit file particularly now that Transunion has deleted and corrected their gross error has and will continue to have very negative and damaging consequences to my credit unless corrected by you. Thank you.

Hi Thoa, the credit information you see is taken straight from the credit report that TransUnion sends to us. Credit Karma is not a credit bureau. We simply put the credit information that is given to us in a format that is easier to understand.

Because of this, we are unable to edit the information you see on Credit Karma. I understand that this is frustrating, but only TransUnion can make changes to your credit report.

Gena, the scores you see on Credit Karma come directly from TransUnion. Credit scores can vary for many reasons depending on the credit bureaus, the credit score models that the bureau is using, and the day you pull your scores. You can read more here:
