  1. A weekly infographic series – what a great idea! Putting things in visual terms is helpful to someone like me feeling bogged down by all of the written content online. A picture is so much easier (and quicker) to “get.”

I would have expected the higher credit scores to correlate with paying on time, too.

  2. Why is it when I simulate on-time payments for 24 months on Credit Karma, my score drops 36 points? Shouldn’t it be the opposite? Please fix.

Hi Bob – Thanks so much for the feedback. If you’re still having problems with the credit simulator, I’d recommend sending an email to our help team at support@creditkarma.com. From there, we’ll be able to look into this further. Thanks!

  4. I went on Equifax and reviewed my on time payments because Credit Karma shows 30 late payments. My report from Equifax shows only 5. Why is this information so inaccurate and should I look for a better tracking group? Even Capital One Bank shows me at 98%.
