Monday Jumpstart to Personal Finance & Credit Report News
This year’s Black Friday shopping weekend was slightly disappointing for retailers and showed more frugal-minded shopping from consumers– while the malls were more crowded, consumers spent less as the weekend’s average spending fell to $343.31 a person from $372.57 a year ago (reported from Yahoo! Finance). Retailers get a second chance today, known as Cyber Monday, the online version of post-Thanksgiving deals and bargains that retailers hope will show stronger sales.
