The bigger and better extended Home Buyer Tax Credit cleared both the House and Senate vote this week, and now sits on President Obama’s desk expecting to be signed and approved today. As soon as pen hits paper, the law will go into effect and ensure that the original $8,000 tax credit is extended to April 30 plus qualified repeat buyers can take advantage of a new $6,500 credit.
